The goal of Public Relations and  Advertising Department is to train intermediate qualified personnel, who are aware of the power of public relations, advertising and communication, who believes that this power should be used within the boundaries of social responsibility and who will work at public relations, advertising and promotion departments of both public and private sectors. Both theoretical and practical courses pave the way for success for our students in their professional lives. In addition, the number of advertising agencies increased from the 1980s has revealed a vulnerability in this area. *In this program, the training is provided by the second instruction.

Acceptance Requirements

:

Students who wish to enroll in the program, the university's academic and legal framework of regulations set by the OSYM to complete the process / exam must be managed. Graduation Requirements

Students who successfully complete all compulsory courses specified in the course plan and the minimum number of elective courses required; complete 120 ECTS credits and have a minimum CGPA of 2.00/ 4.00 will graduate.

Degree

:

Graduate students, "Associate Degree" and "Professional Staff" is awarded.

Transition

:

May apply to bachelor's programmes in related fields of study provided that the student obtains sufficient score in the Vertical Transfer Examination administired by the Student Selection Centre or may apply to bachelor's degree completion programmes in related fields of study in Open/Distance Education System.

Examination Evaluation

Examination Assessment is evaluated as the sum of 40% of the midterm exam and 60% of the final exam.
