Within the framework of the Academic Advising Work Plan, the 2025-2026 Fall Semester Academic Advising Meeting was held on December 16, 2025, by Lecturer Yahya AKKAYA, one of the academic advisors of the Public Relations and Promotion Program of the Marketing and Advertising Department. 27 students participated in the meeting;

The meeting covered the following topics:

• General procedures, rule-making, scope of consultancy activities, and communication with staff;

• Education and examination regulations, the functioning of exams, quizzes, assignments, and evaluation processes;

• Information on frequently encountered problems and their solutions;
• Information on library use;
• Introduction to student clubs and guiding students towards scientific, cultural, artistic, and sporting activities at the university;
• Information on other facilities in the institution (cafeteria, sports facilities, laboratories, etc.) and their use;
• Information on exchange programs such as Erasmus, Farabi, and Mevlana;
• Access to the psychological counseling and guidance center and the unit for students with disabilities;
• Combating addiction: combating drug, cigarette, hookah, alcohol, and digital addiction;
• Information on national and international student projects;
• Information on double major programs;
• Information on entrepreneurship;
• Information on the active use of the alumni information system.

The meeting concluded after a question-and-answer session.
