A meeting was held on September 30, 2025, chaired by our Department Head, Dr. Cihangir Kasapoğlu. Instructor Yahya Akkaya, Department Advisory Board Member Sevgi Salcı, graduating students Zekai Gün, first-year student representative İrem Yılmaz, and second-year student representative Gökhan Başoğlu attended the meeting.

At the meeting, suggestions for improvement identified following the MEDEK accreditation assessment were discussed. Ideas were exchanged to enhance the quality of the department's education and the effectiveness of program outcomes.

Furthermore, opinions were shared regarding planned events for the 2025–2026 academic year. It was decided to plan social, academic, and career-focused activities to increase student engagement.

The meeting concluded productively with the suggestions and contributions of the participants.
